Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Mild and moderate cases of Vitamin B12 deficiency ranging from 180 to 300 pgml Patients between the age group 18 to 60 years who are clinically diagnosed on the basis of clinical features along with the investigations will be selected Patients of both sexes will be included Patient who is willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients below the age of 18 and above the age of 60 years Patients of severe cases or complications Patients currently on Vitamin B12 supplementation or who have received it in last 4 weeks Migration of the subject Discontinuation in the treatment by the subject
