Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing primary total knee replacement. patients with varus deformity greater than 15degree patients with fixed flexion deformity patients with valgus knees patients presenting with bone loss greater than 5mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with revision total knee replacement patients with history of sepsis and tumors patients with ipsilateral hip or ankle problem
