Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Spasmodic type of pain which is confined to lower abdomen or radiates to back and medial aspect of thighs. 2 Subjects with painful menstruation for atleast 2 consecutive cycles. 3 Known case of Secondary dysmenorrhea with underlying pelvic pathology uterine fibroids Adenomyosis endometriosis. 4 Patients of age between 18-40yrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Subjects with hormonal therapies 2 Known case of congenital anamolies of reproductive system. 3 HB% is less than 6.5gm%. 4 Subjects with intrauterine contraceptive devices.
