Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed cases of dushtavrana with diabetes melitus showing signs and symptoms of dushtavrana as per samhita 2.wound size 3cm to 5cm 3.patients irrespective of any social ,economic and gender group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases o f Tuberculosis, HIV, Hepatitis B , Septicemia, neurogenic disorders, vascular disorders. 2. Patients having tropical ulcer and ulcer due to animal bite. 3. Patients having bleeding disorders. 4. Patients of age group below 30yrs and above 60yrs. 5. K/C/O Anemia.
