Exclusion criteria: Subjects suffering from metabolic disorders, Subject suffering from nutritional disorders, Subjects who are hypertensive, Subjects who are diabetic, Subjects who are undergone any steroids, Pregnant females, nursing mothers and those under treatment with oral contraception, Athletes.
