Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 24 to 40 years Individuals should be paramedical working womens (nurses lab technician) Individuals who report moderate to high levels of stress or fatigue Individuals who are willing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with diagnosed sleep disorders (eg sleep apnea insomnia) or psychiatric conditions requiring medical treatment Pregnant or lactating women Participant with chronic physical illnesses that may independently affect sleep quality or fatigue levels
