Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unmarried Married Patients Patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria [ASRM ESHRE] 2003 Oligo and or anovulation Hyperandrogenism (clinical andor biochemical) Polycystic ovaries {Ovarian volume more than 10 cm cube} a Multi follicular cyst more than 12 b Cyst Size 2-9mm in diameter

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female of age group less than 15 years or more than 40 years. Patient has gross structural anomalies of uterus and appendages. Those had primary amenorrhea. Pelvic disease-Fibroids, benign malignant tumours of ovary, STDs (Sexually Transmitted Diseases), PID (Pelvic Inflammatory Disease), Endometriosis etc. Patient with IUCD (Intra-Uterine Contraceptive Device) Systemic disease- Bleeding disorder, Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Tuberculosis, Heart disease etc.
