Inclusion criteria: BMI- 25-29 Both boys and girls Age 7 to 12 years Stable hameodynamically

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with known physical disabilities. Recent surgery Genetic or hereditary problems. Metabolic problems and Psychological problems. Developmental delay. Respiratory condition Any cardiovascular or Arthritis, cancer, Any musculoskeletal injury less than 6 months duration. Osteoporosis
