Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who clinically or radiologically diagnosed with osteoarthritis . 2. Age group between 40 to 75 years, Both gender. 3. Patient who want willing to give consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases present with severe joint deformities or surgical cases . 2.Cases presented with other co morbidity (cardiac failure, renal failure, hepatic failure, uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension etc.) 3.Patient diagnosed with autoimmune or inflammatory joint disease. 4.Patient unwilling to limit NSAIDS/steroids.
