Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than or equal to 18 years 2. Diagnosed with Chronic hand eczema

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below the age of 18 years. 2. Patients previously treated with PDE4 inhibitors for the same 3. Pregnant & lactating women. 4. Patient who do not give consent for the study
