We are comparing two different techniques of injecting anesthetic drugs around the nerves that supply the hand, we want to know which technique has faster onset of action.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To measure and compare the anesthesia controlled time between the two injection techniquesTimepoint: 5 minutes to 40 minutes after performing block

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To measure the needling time 2.To measure the onset time of complete sensory blockade 3.To measure the onset time of complete motor blockade 4.To measure the onset time for CCB (complete conduction blockade) 5.To measure the Incidence of Phrenic Nerve Palsy. 6.To measure the incidence of failure 7.To measure the duration of analgesia.Timepoint: 5 minutes to 40 minutes after performing block
