Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infected area which covered inner thigh gluteal cleft and groin region only. Clinically diagnosed cases. Positive KOH examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with infection spread beyond groin region or other then groin region. Below the age of 15 years and above the age of 75 years. Cases with complication like Lichenification and eczema. Patient having Tinea infection secondary to other auto immune disorders systemic diseases or patients on immune suppressive therapy.
