Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Women diagnosed with endometrial cancer having deficient mismatch repair (dMMR) on immuno-histochemistry (IHC). 2.Women diagnosed with endometrial cancer meeting the criteria for testing for Lynch Syndrome according to the NCCN criteria version 4.2024. 3. Women with endometrial cancer having an increased risk (more than or equal to 2.5 percent) of Lynch Syndrome as predicted by the PREMM5 risk prediction model. 4.Patients and first-degree relatives capable of providing informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Women and first-degree relatives with diagnosed psychiatric illness currently under treatment 2.First-degree relatives with age less than 18years. 3.Not willing to participate.
