Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults of all genders in age group 18 to 25 having hamstring tightness AKE angle more than 20 degree difference of less than equal to 6.85 1.18 cm on modified modified Schobers test to measure lumbar flexion and participants willing to participate and give consent for the same

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with hypermobility. Individuals with acute trauma injuries such as fractures, soft tissue injuries or surgeries of upper limb, lower limb and spine. Individuals with diagnosed spine pathologies- PIVD, listhesis, SI joint dysfunction, Ankylosing spondylosis Pregnant and post-partum females 6 months post delivery Individuals practicing yoga or any graded exercise protocol in last 3 months before recruitment.
