Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients in ASA I and II Patients consenting to the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA III IV Patients less than 18years Patients with cardiac illness Patients having COPD Emergency procedure BMI more than 30 Patients with OsA Patients anticipated with difficult airway Patients allergic to any drugs during sedation

To determine the incidence of desaturation events in High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) group vs Conventional oxygen delivery group in all patients undergoing ovum pickup under procedural sedation.Timepoint: At T0,T1,T5,T10,T15,T20,T30

1. To evaluate & compare the need for assisted ventilation between the high flow nasal cannula group & conventional oxygen delivery group. 2. To calculate total propofol consumption in high flow nasal cannula group & conventional oxygen delivery group. 3. To assess clinician satisfaction on a 3-point satisfaction scale. 4.
