Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients diagnosed radiologically with femoral neck fractures -Age group greater 20 and less than 60 years old -Pauwels type 1 - 3 -Garden classification type 1 - 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patient with malignancy or any terminal illness. -Old neck of femur fractures with avascular necrosis of femoral head or non union -Any local hip pathology (ex: infection) -Significant neurological illness -Significant comorbidities -Patients aged above 60 years
