Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: College students Age 18-26 Both male and female Individuals clinically diagnosed with upper cross syndrome (UCS) based on physical examination and postural analysis. Student with neck pain ? Student willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with underlying systemic illness Any injury around head, neck, scapula and shoulders Any surgery around head, neck, scapula, and shoulders.
