Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed as Acute coronary syndrome in the Emergency Department Age more than 18 years age Both male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients/ legally acceptable representatives unavailable for an interview within 48 hours of presentation
