Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients of the age 15 years onwards with complaints of mainly change in voice or clinical features suggestive of chronic laryngitis, vocal cord polyp, vocal cord palsy, vocal cord nodule, keratosis, benign pathologies,pre malignant conditions,malignant conditions etc regardless of gender, and ethnicity, who shall undergo Video Laryngoscopy,VH1 10 scoring presenting to ENT outpatient department, ENT ward or casualty of AVBRH, Sawangi (Meghe).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anatomically Normal Vocal Cord with voice disorder. Extensive Malignancy, Congenital vocal cord disease. Spasmodic Dysphonia

MeasureTime frame
The patient who will report to the ENT opd for evaluation of change in voice will be examined thoroughly by history taking, clinical examination. Patient will be evaluated with thorough ENT history, occupational history, and examination,with special emphasis on vocal cord examination. All routine blood investigations. Indirect Laryngoscopy Video laryngoscopy VHI 10 Scoring Variables like age, gender,duration of voice change,Histopath will be noted down. Expected Results;will be evaluatedTimepoint: The patient who will report to the ENT opd for evaluation of change in voice will be examined thoroughly by history taking, clinical examination.
