Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full-time Doctoral students Both male and female doctoral students Individuals aged between 25 - 64 years Individuals who have completed their coursework Individuals who have completed a minimum of 2 years of enrolment Should be able to read and write English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals currently under treatment for a diagnosis of mental/ behavioural disorder(s) Individuals undergoing any kind of psychological counselling or psychotherapy
