Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject age between 18 to 30 years. Both male and female are included. Individuals who are willing to participate. According to Berg Balance scale criteria individuals score between 41-56 are included. Active Kho-Kho players playing since one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any musculoskeletal condition. Individuals with any neurological condition. Individuals with any health condition.
