Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female hostellers aged 18 to 25 years Willing to participate and provide written informed consent Ability to understand and follow intervention instructions Willing to practice for the required study period and available for pre and post analysis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants currently undergoing therapy or using medication for stress or sleep disorders Individuals with physical conditions that limit participation in the interventions Those unwilling to complete the 4 week intervention or attend follow-up assessments
