Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All head and neck cancer cases of the oral cavity , oropharynx , larynx and hypopharynx with histologically confirmed extra nodal extension from two centres as mentioned earlier

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with recurrent disease at presentation, distant metastases at diagnosis, or incomplete follow-up data
