Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational athletes involved in sprinting or jumping who have played the sport at least 2-4 hours per week for the last 6 months Individuals should have engaged in weight training at least three times a week for a minimum of two months within the last six months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Athletes with lower limb musculoskeletal pain and injuries History of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases/ medical conditions History of upper and lower extremities or spinal surgery in the past 1 year
