Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Yoga practitioners practicing yoga for more than 2 hours per day for 5 days a week. Consenting age matched control population with no comorbidity and having a sedentary lifestyle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Yoga practitioners having any comorbidity as well as non consenting practitioners, will be excluded

MeasureTime frame
The quantitative assessment of pain pressure threshold and pain tolerance will be measured using an instrument known as a Dolorimeter in yoga volunteers and compared with age- and gender-matched controls.Timepoint: The quantitative assessment of pain pressure threshold and pain tolerance will be measured in yoga volunteers as a baseline and will be compared with age- and gender-matched controls at the same time.
