Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients in the age group of 18-65years of either gender belonging to ASA I-II undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with anticipated difficult airway 2. Pathology of neck and cervical spine 3. Body mass index more than 35kg per meter square 4. Intrinsic lung disease 5. Patients at high risk of aspiration
