Intervention1: Anulom Vilom (Pranayama): Sit in any comfortable meditative asana. Keep the head and spine straight. The eyes should be closed. Place right hand in jnana mudra. Close the right nostril

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Physiotherapy Undergraduate Students and Interns. 2) Between the ages of 18-25 years. 3) 2 weeks prior to summative examinations (College/University Exam).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Any diagnosed respiratory/cardiovascular/psychiatric/musculoskeletal conditions. 2) Smokers.
