Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex between the age group of 20-70 years will be selected. Patients having Sleep Efficiency Index less than 80 persent. Patients fulfilling the signs and symptoms of Nidranash (insomnia) according to Ayurvedic and modern literatures. Both new and treated cases of Nidranash (insomnia) will be selected Patients willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients having Sleep Efficiency Index greater than and equal 80 persent. Patients with complication of the disease or systemic involvements which interfere with the treatment will be excluded. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients not willing to sign the written consent form.
