Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults 20-60 years of age. 2) Both genders (Male and Female) 3) Diagnosed with type II diabetes mellitus and diabetic ulcers grade 1 as per Wagner Scale. 4) Wound size larger than or equal to 1cm2 in diameter. 5) HbA1c level greater than or equal to 6.5 6) No planned surgeries anticipated during the 12-week study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with any other ailments that can hamper the yoga protocol like active ear infection, low BP, chest pain, or epilepsy. 2) Patients with HbA1c levels greater than or equal to 10%. 3) Patients without a reachable contact or smartphone device. 4) Not consenting. 5) Severe wound infections (According to the Infectious Diseases Society of America). 6) Ulcers with bone or joint exposed
