Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients providing written informed consent Adults aged 18 to 60 years ASA Physical Status I or II Elective laparoscopic abdominal surgeries under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre existing sore throat, upper respiratory tract infection (URTI), or vocal cord pathology Anticipated difficult airway
