Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal BMI, Mild to moderate (3-5) Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score without medication, Lysholm knee scoring (grade- 65 to 83 points fair knee function), Positive Waldron?s test and Patellofemoral Apprehension test, Unilateral patellofemoral?pain?syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Recent knee surgery and Arthritis, History of Recent Dislocation and Subluxation of knee, Recent Acute Ligament and Tendon Rupture of knee, Recent Articular Capsule and Meniscus Related Injury of knee, Unresponsive to Conservative Medical Treatment
