Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects diagnosed as overweight and obese according to Asian classification. 2. Obese and overweight individuals without any co- morbidity. 3. Individuals with no prior yoga experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with yoga experience. 2. Obese and overweight individuals with co-morbidities. 3. Individuals who have knee pain, back pain, recent surgery. 4. Pregnant and lactating women.
