Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Total 50 patients will be devided into two groups, Group A and B.25 patients in each group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Uterine tumors 2.enometriosis 3.carcinoma 4.diabetes 5.hypertension 6. Venous thrombosis 7. Sub involution 8. Infection like Pelvic cellulitis,peritonitis, endometriosis 9. Displacement like genital prolapse and retroversion 10. Developmental errors of uterus like septus uterus 11.local injury IUCD 12. Pregnancy states (abortion, hydatiform mole, ectopic pregnancy) 13.acute pyrexial illness 14. Disease of CVS like reduced number of platelets, severe anemia, thrombocytopenia purpura, hemoglobinopathies
