Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Fulfilling American College of Rheumatology clinical criteria 2)Kellgren and Lawrence grade 1-3 3)Knee pain (NRS more than 3 out of 10) 4)Knee pain more than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Recent knee or lower limb surgery in the last 3 months 2)Had reported corticosteroid use within past 6 months 3)Fracture of lower extremity in last 3 months 4)Any contraindication to manual therapy
