Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients clinically diagnosed with migraine according to International Classification of Headache Disorders (ICHD-3) criteria. Age group: 15 to 55 years. Both male and female participants.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients below 15 years of age. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients with severe systemic illness (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, cardiac disease) or comorbid neurological/psychiatric conditions that may interfere with the study outcomes.
