Inclusion criteria: Individuals having a sleep cycle of 6-8 hours/day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with ocular and systematic disease. 2. Individuals with refractive power 3. Individuals who have screen time of more than 6 hours.
