Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Collegiate athletes engaged in regular sports activities for more than 1 year at least 3 days/week. Willing to participate for the full study duration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existing musculoskeletal injuries in the past 6 months Any cardiovascular conditions. History of recent lower limb surgery in the past 6 months Any medical conditions contraindicating high-impact exercise
