Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 - 60 years (Both Males and Females) ASA Grade 1 and 2 Undergoing Elective FESS Surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal ASA grade 3 and 4 Posted for Emergency Surgeries Allergic to Local Anaesthestic Coagulopathy or Bleeding Disorders Infection at Injection Site Previous Facial Nerve Injur affecting Sensory Distribution Dental and Gingival Pathologies
