Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Aged 18 and above. 2 Good oral hygiene status. 3 No systemic illness or parafunctional oral habits. 4 Willingness to comply with retainer wear instructions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Poor compliance during orthodontic treatment. 2 Known allergies to plastics or dental materials. 3 History of bruxism or habits causing excessive mechanical wear.
