Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: College students with upper trapezitis, unilateral or bilateral muscle spasm, trigger points, NPRS 4 to 8, acute, subacute or chronic duration and lateral neck flexion less than 45 degrees.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of neck or upper limb surgery, cervical radiculopathy, cervical spine deformity, cervical spine deformity, congenital neck or upper limb abnormality, those currently taking any analgesics.
