Inclusion criteria: Patients visiting the IPD of Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Ayurvedic Hospital and who have undergone Virechana therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have undergone Nitya virechana who have undergone other than Virechana Karma Patients under critical care who are not cooperative or not willing to take part in this observational?study
