Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Farmers actively engaged in agricultural activities in Katihar. Individuals aged 18 years and above. Farmers who have been involved in farming for at least one year. Those willing to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of severe spinal injuries, congenital spinal disorders, or previous surgeries that may independently contribute to LBP. Farmers who have recently switched to agriculture (less than one year of experience). Pregnant women. Individuals with neurological disorders, inflammatory conditions (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis), or non-occupational causes of back pain. Participants unwilling to provide informed consent or those unable to complete the questionnaire/interview.
