Inclusion criteria: Paediatric patients undergoing tonsillectomy surgeries under general anaesthesia. Age 3-14 years American Society of Anesthesiologists status one and two

To determine the incidence of emergence delirium in children undergoing tonsillectomy with or without Suprazygomatic Maxillary nerve block using the Paediatric Anaesthesia Emergence Delirium (PAED) Scale.Timepoint: soon after extubation, up to 1 hour postoperatively at 10, 15, 30, and 60 minutes
