Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged between 18?40 years. 2. Voluntarily agreeing to participate in the study. 3. Residing in Mumbai.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating individuals. 2. Use of antibiotics for 3 months or more 3. Refusal to participate in the study 4. Those who are critically ill.

Association between frequency of prebiotics and probiotics food intake and gut health among young adults using self- reported questionnairesTimepoint: 10 weeks

MeasureTime frame
Dietary patterns captured using the 24 hour recall. Food Frequency Questionnaire captured using FFQ. Gut Health staus of adults assessed using the validated Self- Reported Gut health questionnaire.Timepoint: 5 weeks 6 weeks 8 weeks
