Intervention1: Ball Pilates in Medical Students with Asymptomatic Forward Head Posture.: Ball Pilates in Medical Students with Asymptomatic Forward Head Posture will be for 2 days per week for 6 weeks

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. all genders within age group of 18 to 30 age 2. participants with healthcare profession student diagnose with forward head posture 3. craniovertebral angle below 45 degrees 4 scapular index below 4 cm 5. tragus to wall test distance above 10 cm 6. cervical range motion below 50 degrees 7. willing to participate and who can comprehend the command

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. any diagnosed muscle pathology or disease of soft tissues, fracture of spine or spinal deformity. 2. any history of spine disease, osteoporosis, blood diseases and uncontrolled hypertension. 3. history of any upper limb or lower limb musculoskeletal injury. 4. history of any spinal or cardiothorasic surgery. 5. neuromuscular disorders, cognitive impairment and pregnancy. 6. undergoing any other recent therapeutic management within 3 months will be excluded.
