Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects having of iliopsoas tightness. 2.Subjects having non-specific low back pain. 3.Subjects between the age group of 18-30 years will be included. 4.Male and female subjects will be taken 5.Subjects who can maintain hip extension for 5 sec.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Limitation of hip extension ROM because of rectus femoris shortness. 2.Subjects with history of spondylolisthesis. 3.Subjects having inflammation of in the spine. 4.Subjects having systemic infections. 5.Subjects having Spinal instability. Subjects having spinal fractures.
