Inclusion criteria: ?Currently enrolled in undergraduate/postgraduate courses. ?Must be able to read and write English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?History of any psychiatric condition. ?Gender fluid participants will not be included. ?Individuals who are physically challenged/ suffering from chronic physical illnesses. ?Individuals who are victims of any form of abuse, including childhood abuse, sexual abuse, verbal abuse, physical abuse, or childhood neglect.
