Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient diagnosed with IBS-C, based on ROME-IV criteria. 2. Not enrolled in any other alternatives medicine programs. 3. Committed for 3 Months interventions and follow up procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Patients with other medical issues like DM, HTN, Thyroid, kidney, heart and liver diseases, etc. ii. Severe psychiatric disorders, physical and mental disability to do yoga. iii. Patient?s history of drug, alcohol, or chemical abuse within 6 months prior to screening. iv. Inability to comply with study and follow up procedures. v. Pregnant and lactating women.
