Inclusion criteria: Patient with informed consent. Patient fitting into the diagnostic criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients contraindicated for agnikarma as per text. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus - RBS more than 200mg/dL
