Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
HRV measures will include RMSSD, SDNN, PNS Index, and SNS Index, obtained through Kubios HRV software. Agility performance will be assessed using the Illinois Agility Test, with the best trial time recorded in secondsTimepoint: Since its a cross sectional study all the outcomes will be assessed once at a single time point during the testing session

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare agility performance as measured by the Illinois Agility Test among athletes of various recreational team sports participating in the study.Timepoint: Since its a cross sectional study all the outcomes will be assessed once at a single time point during the testing session
